I brew with the seasons pretty much so I'm fermenting a nut brown now and will be brewing a porter and stout in the next few weeks. Lighter beers bring spring and summer. You?

Yea, we are starting a brewery up next year. Just waiting on our TTB license. We'll be based in a warehouse in Bangor. Focus is sour barrel program but as we wait for those to age out we'll be doing berliners, hoppy beers and some other barrel aged beers. Lots of Brett fermentations as well.

Very much hell no! Minnesota nice? More like Minnesota passive aggressive. Very insular, repressed people. Land is flat as a pancake. They call 5' deep weed choked ponds lakes.

But the economy, so many jobs, good jobs, every town has a factory a lot more than one. Malls look like its Xmas eve on a Tuesday in august there's so many people out spending money. A very prosperous state economically.

But I do miss Maine and the good people of Maine. Not the welfare abusers. Don't miss them.

I would like to be! VTer stuck in RI, working in CT- got a great gig, but damn I love Portland. A downtown where you can hoof it everywhere fairly comfortably, but if you want some wilderness? 20 minute drive.

Up on the border by Calais. Mainly brew mead and cider. As a beekeeper I have honey for my mead and apple trees for my cider.
