    Hey everyone,

I'm looking for some help input coming up with a recipe for my next big beer. I am looking for something akin to a Port wine. With low hop bitterness. This is what the idea so far for a 5 gallon batch. I am thinking Pacifica Hops for the orange flavor. I'm really not to sure about the specialty malts. I'm looking for lots of flavor and complexity.

    18 lbs LME
    6 oz Honey malt
    6 oz Special B
    6 oz Cara-Red Malt
    6 oz Carasan Malt

    3oz Pacifica hops boil 60
    .75 pacifica boil 5
.75 Dry hop in secondary 10-15 days

    WLP099 yeast

    Thanks
