    im trying to find a AG clone for Sam Adams Pale ale...

    They have a pale ale? Hmm, who knew....

    How does it compare to their Boston Ale?

    yes its much lighter than the boston, fruity notes and dry hopped..

    Based on their website it looks like they use 2 row pale and Munich malts. OG is 1.048 and the hops are EKG and Fuggle.

    I have no idea what the hopping schedule would look like, but the grain bill might be 8 lbs pale and .5 lbs Munich. Play around with the malts until you get an expected OG of 1.048.
