    Hello,

    Was wondering if there was anyone who might have a recipe that is a close approximation to New Holland's Ichobad? Thanks

    Imma go ahead and give this a bump. Anyone tried cloning this? Their website gives a few clues, but not much.

    Hate to revive a thread if no one is looking for this any longer but I was so here is where I stand. Feedback appreciated. I have not made many recipes so I could be way off the mark.

    7# Pale Malt (2 Row)
    3# Crystal Malt - 20L
    5# Pumpkin (Boil 90 min)
    1oz Cascade (Boil 60 min)
    5tsp Saigon Cinnamon (Boil 5 min)
    1tsp Ground Ginger (Boil 5 min)
    1tsp Ground Nutmeg (Boil 5 min)
    Wyeast #1056
    3tsp Vanilla Extract in Secondary

    OG 1.046
    IBU 22.9
    SRM 8.8
    ABV 4.8
