Okay, I was hoping someone might have a good recipe for the supplies I have, or at least what type of stuff can I add (a lb here, a new yeast there).
I have 50lbs of Pale Ale unmilled
    I have the following yeast:
    Nottingham
    Dry Ale Yeast
    Safbrew S33

    whatcha think??

You have a base malt and a yeast. All beers start with that. What style would you like to brew?

you need some hops and you could make a killer recipe if done right.

I'd do a series of four single-hop ales (my rig is scaled for 5 gallons). Keep everything else constant (mash, minerals, boil, aeration, pitch) and just change the hops: Cascade, Spalt Select, Chinook, and Crystal would be what I'd pick from my freezer right now.

    12.5 lbs malt, mash 68ºC, pH ~5.4, 1:1 Cl2:SO4
    1 oz hops @60
    1 oz hops @15
1 oz hops, 1/2 Whirlfloc tablet and 2gm Wyeast nutrient @5
1 pkg Notty, start ferment @18ºC and raise to 20ºC after 2 days
Rack to keg after 3 weeks, chill, force carb to 2.5 volumes over 2 weeks.

    Drool..:mug:
