I just finished my first case of American wheat. I enjoyed it but was not blown away. For my second brew session I'm looking for a few recommendations. let me know what you think.

What kind of beer do you like? Did you use the Wyeast 1010? I quite like that yeast, but it is somewhat bland for a wheat beer yeast. I made a honey wheat recently that was excellent. Tell us what you're into.

If you can get your hands on Centennial hops, I have a Centennial wheat I make in the summer that I have no bad reviews on. Going to actually brew it again next weekend and use a saison yeast in it. I think it will really take this beer to the top of the charts but won't know for sure for a couple weeks.
