Logo Design Assist

I would like to add my name to the list of assistance needed for logo design. I am new to the brewing and I have my first batch in the secondary right now.

Being a retired submarine sailor, I decided to name my beer "Drunken Sailor Brew" and I am looking for some assistance with the logo.

My idea is chest up of a sailor in his dress white, got the good time drunken look on his face with a big smile, hat cocked to the side and back, holding up a mug of beer (possibly tipped/sloshing).

I got the idea, just no skills to put it together.

Ok, so this is not the image that I wanted to use, but I was able to pull a Sailor off a WWI recruiting poster and came up with these. Couldn't figure out how to reduce the size.
