Leftover Hops Ideas

    With a group of us buying brewing supplies we somehow ended up with a bunch of leftover hops and an American ale smack pack from this summer. Thought we would seek out some suggestions for 1 or 2 all grain batches for this sunday using the hops listed below (preferably the Wyeast in at least 1)? FYI, we currently have a Gumballhead clone and an Oktoberfest on CO2 now.

    Pellets:
    2oz Centennial
    2oz Cascade
    1.5oz Hallertau
    1oz Amarillo

    Fresh (garden)
    .5oz Cascade

    Ideas?

    APA

    2oz centennial 60 minutes
    1.5oz cascade 30 minutes
    .5oz cascade flameout
    .50z amarillo flameout
    .50 amarillo dry hop
    .50 oz garden cascade dry hop

    american ale yeast with a basic APA grain bill
