Left overs from secondary fermentation.

    Does anyone else put the lees in a bottle in fridge and let it settle and bottle clear liquid after a couple of days. I end up with quite a few bottles after racking some large batches of wine. Can't stand to see it go to waste. Nice sampling of batches.
