    Hi everyone,

I have a little concern with my first all grain batch. I've done a lot of beer with festabrew kit before and nothing like this happened. I brewed 10 g of blonde ale and used safale us-05 yeast.

After two weeks, the fermentation was done and everything was fine. I racked the beer to a carboy and add 8 grams of gelatine dissolved in warm water.

We are now 1 week later and I got a layer of mysterious "foam" 1 inch from the top. The beer seems ok...

    Thanks
