I have a pretty nice set up for brewing ales but want to try my hand at making a lager. My ferment room is temp controlled but it is big enough for 6-8 brews at a time. I want to build a mini fridge fermentor for making lagers ...... there are a ton of fridges on craigslist but I have no idea which ones are big enough to hold a 6.5 gallon carboy...Any of you that have a converted mini fridge mind telling me what model you have? I have 2 full size fridges in the brew shed so no room for a third. thats why a mini.

I picked up a mini for free, built an insulated, wood framed box around it and relocated the door. This is my fermentation chamber. i can hold two 6.5 gallon carboys.
