With my lager, do i do the dactyl rest while its still in the primary? or do i move to the secondary then do the dactyl rest?

This part is the only part that is hazey...

That and where the hell I'm gonna get some co2 for my kegging system.

I would do the rest in the primary since you need the yeast to do the job. There will be yeast in the secondary, but might as well use the higher % from your primary.

You can fill your co2 tank at norco, boc, welding shop. Use www.yellowpages.com and search for compressed gas in your area. boc has shops all over the US.

Thank you, found a fire extinguisher place near my house for the co2 and I think I'll start my dactyl rest tomorrow when its at like 1 Bubble every 45-75 seconds. My krausen has dropped dramatically and my test sample tasted really good. Flat, but good.
