Okay, so I had a dream last night. I don't remember what it was about, but I remember what beer we were drinking. In the dream a friend came over with a 30 pack of Miller Kentucky Red. Now, I can't find anything on a style called Kentucky Red, so what do you think it would be. How would you make this imaginary beer? Forget the miller part, that's not important. I'm thinking there would be some rye and maybe some sour mashing. Ideas?

Well, that was easy. I've actually heard of Kentucky common before, but I dont know much about them. Thanks for the link. The grain bill does share a lot of what I was thinking. That's pretty cool. It's a dream come true, or at least maybe on one of my next brew days it will be.
