Kegco TC-321 Digital Thermostat Control Unit

Hi all,

Noob all-grainer here going about setting up my fermentation chamber.

Does anyone have any experience using the Kegco TC-321 Digital Thermostat Control Unit for their fermentation chamber? I purchased one last week and am struggling with it. Looks like it's it only does one function at a time - you set it to be either a heat controller or a cold controller, but it can't control both at once. Does this sound right?

Any guidance or reference on using this would be highly appreciated.

 

Not what you want to read, but you are correct. The user manual shows it is a "single stage" controller, so it cannot control a cold source and heat source simultaneously.

Hopefully you can return it as being inadequate for your needs...

As I suspected, but thanks for confirming. Luckily, I can still return the TC-321. Moving on to the STC-1000.
