Keg Fermentor Conversion?

    Keg Fermentor Conversion?

    Hey all, I have 6 kegs I use for fermenting and its a pain to clean them out. So I was thinking of cutting an 8" circle out of the top and using 1/4" Plexiglas with a rubber gasket to seal with. I looked up converting a keg to fermentor and saw a few examples of my idea. my question is has any one else don this and where did you find the 8" food grade O ring? any info would be appreciated
