Is this a chest freezer or a fridge? Pics of kegs, manifold, condition of inside of freezer?

 

Freezer with temp controller. I put the tower instead of collar because of the little ones running around. I'll have to take some more pics when I get home.

Looking for something I can modify and stick under a counter, outdoor. Can you tell me how high the cabinet stands. Also I am interested in putting 3 1/6th kegs in here, as I am just getting started in the home brew hobby and may have to buy the first couple of fills. Will 1/6th kegs fit? George
