My small Keezer is almost finished, I just ordered the tap stuff today.
I have a small amount of internal room for a Co2 tank.
I will NOT force carbonate in this keezer, I have another fridge/Co2 tank for storage.

Not sure a 5lb tank will fit.
Not sure if 2.5lb tanks are available? $$
What about paint ball tanks? Anyone use them?

I have a drip tray on order also.
What options are to install on the front without drilling into the freezer?
I was thinking some industrial Velcro?

I am also curious about how people install their drip trays without drilling into the front.........

I used the industrial velco and two really cheap ($0.99) shelf brackets. I does hold the 12" drip tray I have on the front and will support a mostly full imperial pint glass. I'm to chicken to try more than one glass though. :D

As far as your co2, if you are using a collar, drill a hole in the collar and run the gas line into the keezer leaving the co2 tank on the outside. I do this with my 5lb tank even though I have plenty of room inside for the tank. I have no idea about a 2.5lb tank, don't think I have ever seen one. The paintball canisters are an interesting idea but I'm no help on those either.

It will come down to your personal preference. If you have limited space on the inside, I would keep the tank on the outside.

Cheap L-brackets with industrial velcro work fine for me. You can buy rare earth magnets (check Amazon) that can hold the brackets on as well, or if you really want a secure connection, epoxy the L-brackets to the fridge.

Just seen on the "Black Sunshine" Keezer build thread the use of magnents....looked like it worked pretty good....
