...It has a bar in it! :ban: :tank:

The offer was accepted and now we're working out all the details.. Thank god for the wife working that out!

    But.. :rockin:

It has a nice little bar in it! Nothing too fancy, but a bar's a bar! Very excited about that, it has other nice qualties the wife wanted. I settled for a huge basement for setting up all my brewing equipment and, obvoiusly, the bar. :p Looks like I'm going to have to get a tap installed and start kegging! :mug:

Hopefully everything goes through quickly and I'll post some pictures here.

Unfortunately that's not an option, but I built the bar I currently use to be somewhat portable so it and the kegerator are going with us, at least I get to build the barroom the way i want it.:drunk:

I just looked at a house yesterday, the real estate agent was as surprised as I was when we walked into the kitchen. Built into the floor was a hot tub! Who puts a hot tub in the kitchen? Sad part was me thinking about how much grain I could fit into it and use it like a giant mash tun.
