    1. I thought it was ok to use an old 5 gal water cooler bottle as a secondary. Autosiphon too big to fit in the mouth. I had to simply pick it up and pour it into the sanitized keg. I sealed it and purged it a few times with Co2. Is all that oxygen while splashing in the keg gonna wreck it?

    2. I just put another batch into same type bottle. When I go to move to a keg, is there a narrower autosiphon? Or just do what I did first time?

    3. alot out there about different techniques on force carbonating. I tasted the beer that I just put in the keg...it was delicous...and had impressive head without carbonation or being cold. I'd like to have a beer when its cold in a few hours...fridge is set at 34deg...

    1. That is not a good practice as I imagine there was quite a bit of splashing and agitation when you poured it into the keg. It would have been better to use a length of tubing and started a siphon with your mouth; this, however, is not optimal either. Regardless, its done and the beer probably will be fine.

    2. It is a good idea to get a carboy or brewing bucket that will work with your auto siphon.
