Is this yeast floating?

    This is my first brew. I had it in my primary for 3 weeks. Racked it to a secondary to clear it up, which really didn't happen much. It has been in there for 12 days. I noticed these yellow green things floating on top. Is that yeast? The foam wasn't there last time I checked.

    Looks like left over krausen & stringy bits of yeast. Could even be co2 coming out of solution from racking it.

    I think so. Yeast could be trying to do more or something. I don't think it is infected.

    Thanks for the fast replies. I was planning on bottling it this weekend since it has been over 4 weeks since I brewed this batch. Would that be a bad idea?

    Do a hydrometer test,wait till the 3rd day,test again. If the numbers match,you can bottle it. After 4 weeks,at least do a hydrometer test to see of the gravity is in range listed in the kit/recipe.
