    Does anyone have a clone for sierra nevanda pale ale???

    The recipe was just in BYO magazine. I think I left my copy at a buddies house. doh.

    It's not an IPA, though.

    ]FYI, that is one of my fav beers, so what ii used to do was take the yeast at the bottom of the bottle - they bottle condition as i am sure you know- and then make a starter, to try and replicate it...but later i found out they use a different yeast for the conditioning!!!

    I think they do that so nobody can steal their awesome strain of yeast!

    There's nothing to steal, their strain is Chico which is also WY1056, 05, and WLP001;)
