I have been using this for quite some time, but after I use it, I always rinse my equipment with really hot water.

I was watching a yeast washing video today, where a guy soaked his jar and measuring cup in this solution, pull them out, and then scooped out the yeast/trub into the jar. So basically he used this as a no-rinse sanitizer just like people do with starsan.

Is that OK? Should I stop rinsing completely after using iodophor?

If you use ANY sanitizer, and then rinse, it is no longer sanitized.

    To answer you question -

As long as it is diluted to the proper ratio it is a no rinse sanitizer.
