    Definitely infected, with that broken ice pack look. Can't tell which one just by looking at it though.

    Something is in there, possibly Lacto. Otherwise, it looks like the beer is ready for packaging. Rack from underneath the forming pellicle, package (bottle/keg), carbonate, chill, and drink fast.

    Have you tasted it yet?

    Brett often shows that ice pack look. Anything from a pic is just a guess though

    I've even skimmed that stuff off & left a minimal amount behind. It's only the beginning stage, so if it's at Fg & settled out otherwise, package it.
