I'm brewing

    Well I'm on my way to my first batch. I'm about 3/4 done the brew process. Got about 15 minutes til my last hops addition. everything has gone well so far. mt kitchen looks like a bomb went of in it. I picked up a 30 qt turkey fryer kit this morning so between that and the basic home brew kit that i just took oout of the box there is stuff everywhere.
    Got a question. How does c-brite work? i have filled my fermentation pale and added my lid,airlock and hydrometer to it its been in there for about 1 1/2 hours by the time i tranfer to the pale it will be well over 2 hours. Is that long enough ? Got to go do my last hop addition....:tank: be back in a bit..

    i dont know about cbrite but i like BTF. ask about it at your LHBS. its quick and nonrinse.
