I'm going to buy a co2 tank in Finland if it can suit American equipment. I pay less buying from USA so that is why I ask. Thanks!

I suppose anything is possible, but the regions (and countries) of the world have a whole bunch of their own standards.

The most common American CO2 tank valve is CGA 320, so see if you can find a cylinder with that style tank valve...

    Cheers!

This topic has come up before, so a quick search turned up this thread...

... which you might find helpful. Sounds like the two are not directly compatible, but can be made so by replacing the nut on the regulator. I have no idea if that is actually true, though.

An internet search turned up the following.

    CO2 Threaded Fittings
Throughout the world, carbon dioxide cylinder valves have a special thread. In Europe, Africa and much of Australasia,
the thread conforms to British Standard BS 341 Part 1 No. 8 (0.860 in x 14 TPI) or the direct European equivalent
(DIN 477 No. 6). These threads are in effect interchangeable.
American CGA 320 and Japanese JIS B 8246 CO2 threads are different and are not compatible with each other nor with
    BS or DIN CO2 threads.
The following fittings have threads to BS 341 Part 1 No.8. The material is brass.
    Maximum working pressure 240 bar.

I would guess you could find some kind of adapter, I know they exist for camping gas cylinders.

What do Sanke coupler variations have to do with the OP's question?

I think the question the OP should ask the seller is whether the CO2 tank is threaded for CGA 320 regulators. Not sure if CGA standards are prevalent outside of North America, so it would be wise to ask. Otherwise, maybe someone makes an adapter?
