Ice Cream Freezer Conversion?

    Well even in a keezer build you have to replace the seal so I dont think that should be a problem. As far as the actual construction of the chest I think it would just depend on how its put together. Hard to ask people if you could do something without actually seeing it in person

    I have something like this that I use as a keezer. The best approach would be to remove the glass sliding top panels, build a collar and new hinged top. Some of these freezers have an adjustable thermostat and don't require a controller to maintain fridge / beer temps. Usually they are pretty heavy duty commercial units which might be a +. I just use mine w/ [picnic taps inside the keezer.
