Brew more and enter at least 4 comps.

Since moving into my new house, I haven't brewed at all. I don't have anywhere that is currently climate controlled to put my conical. I have to work on that...

I should enter a homebrew competition.

Oh yeah. I also resolve to learn to play my guitar that my wifey bought me when we were engaged. Been married almost 7 years. She said it doesn't matter that I haven't learned. She only bought it because she knew I wouldn't spend the money to buy one for myself.

    Brew more and drink less.

Not sure how that second one's going to work out....

Small batches my friend. I regularly brew 1-gallon batches (almost weekly) and I now hove more diversity in my pipeline and the rarity of each brew encourages me to drink less. almost all of my 5-gallon batches have been session ales for the last 6 months or so.

    anyway, my resolutions:

    1. brew more lagers

    2. find a good way to use 100 lbs of rye

Not much for resolutions, but I do plan on

    • brewing more small BIAB batches.
    • looking for a lagering fridge
    • finding a larger kettle for all grain 5 gal. batches
    • mastering the Stone Imperial Russian Stout Clone
    • finding some more Goose Island BCS (as much as possible)
    • working up a BCS clone
That should keep me off the streets and out of the bars! :tank:
