Hey guys, I ilve in Idaho and this summer it will be in the 90s and 100s for several days. I have an extra fridge that i want to try and turn into a fermenting station that remains at approx 66-68 degrees. Can I get a new thermostat so the fridge will regulate that temp? If so, where? and how much roughly? Thanks guys.

I just bought this controller for a fermentation cabinet I'm working on.

Wiring was so easy it wasn't even funny and the price can't be beat.

Lots and lots of options here ranging from ~$30 to ~$100. The Love controllers get a lot of, well, love here for around $60 delivered.

A nice chest freezer from craigslist will get you room for more carboys for about the same money as a fridge and it can use the same temp controllers. Plus, it doesn't spill out the cold when you open it. Drawback is that you have to lift your carboys or buckets in and out of it.
