    I just got my control panel cut at a local machine shop that does Waterjet Cutting. The guy was so awesome that when I told him that I was a home brewer and this control panel was for my electric brewery that I'm building, he said he'd cut the whole thing for some home brew. I'm really happy with the results, and I would highly recommend getting your panels cut this way, if it's available to you. It's fast, hassle free, and the results are great.
