    Just dry hopped and will cold crash this weekend. I think it's going to be decent. :)

    I have never had numbers floating in my beer. Might be an infection!

    I just made the jump to all grain and honestly I was terrified of it...mash temps, strike volume, etc....it really wasn't that bad! Props to HBT and all of the members once again for making this such a great hobby (yeah, obsession!). Cheers all and happy brewing! :mug:

    He read about wilserbrewer's spaghetti mashes and tried it with number-shaped pasta. That's the proteins from the noodles that you're seeing in the tube. Don't worry, they'll drop out with a cold crash.
