I've looked around the posts and have found neither a description, nor a picture of what has decided to show up in one of my last bottles. Most of the descriptions I've seen are describing either yeast that has not settled, or some shiny floaters that it sounds like they are yeast as well.

If you put those images aside, what I have here is sort of like a chunky cobweb that is suspended in the bottom third of the bottle. It might be alive....it moves a little when I turn the bottle. All of the other bottles I've consumed from this batch were fine.

So do I have a possible infection, or should I notify NASA of a new life form? I'd post a picture, but don't know how to do that from the "HB Talk" app I just started using. Thanks for any thoughts!

I want to see a pic of this. It sounds like a yeast has evolved into a macroscopic organism!!!!
