    Interesting step by step write-up based upon the Adnams Brewery of Southwold, Suffolk. Pretty basic in the write-up but the pictures are really nice to see how the big brewers do it.

    There are a few other beer related instructables on this site that some of you might find interesting.

    Thought I would pass it along.

    Pretty neat...on a side note....I love Adnams Broadside....aint' cheap...but yummy

    very nice! thanks for posting.

    This line made me pause for a moment:
    7 total days of fermentation. Must be nice to turn a beer out that fast and still be highly recommended. Very neat indeed.
