Let's, so far I've got a Raisin Nut Brown that is VERY slowly carbing. 4 Gallons. I've got 2.6 Gallons of Steam beer still in fermenter. 4 gallons of Dopplebock anxiously (can a beer be anxious?) awaiting my temp controller so I can get my mini fridge conversion finished and the thing lagering (did ice bath for fermentation as my first "temp controlled" lager). I just bottled a light Rye APA yesterday at 4 Gallons.

So, 14.5 gallons so far. I have the makings for 2.5 Gallons of German Pilsner and 2.5 gallons of American IPA (my first IPA, even though I am 18 months in to brewing, never made anything stronger than ~45IBU and this one'll be around 55IBU with plans for a double IPA of around 80IBU or so in a couple of months).

More plans in the works. Gotta get more bottles as I am brewing faster than I can drink :(

If 2015 shapes up like 2014, I'll probably average 5 gallons a month, which is about as fast as I can drink it and give it away. I am hoping I can rope my wife in to drinking a bit more of it, that and I am finally starting to brew some lighter beers (only 5-5.5% ABV were as I don't think I've brewed anything less than 6% since my first extract kit, where upon I immediately transitioned to making my own extract recipes and then 2 brews later went BiaB all grain). So my consumption can go up a little bit while still taking it easy on the ole liver.

Current total should actually be 3017.5. We suck at reading back a few posts to check other people's math.

So 3017.5 is current total best I can tell.

    So far:
5 gal continuously hopped IPA (Primary Fermenter)
5 gal Pliny Clone (Primary Fermenter)
    5 gal Maibock (Fermenter)
    5 gal Munich Dunkel (Lagering)
    5 gal Chezh Pilsner (Lagering)
5 gal India Brown Ale (Kegged)

    So 3090.5 + 30 = 3120.5
