    Just made my first 5 gallons!

    Bottled today!

    +3.5 = 22,639.5 (3 gal Apple Juice + 1/2 Gal Looza Pear Nectar)

    Just pitched yeast into my first batch (5 gallons) following the original recipe to a T. Excited!

    22,644.5 + 5 = 22,649.5.

    Damn, that's a lot of boozy wine...

    I drank a couple a few weekends ago that were made with an addition of a pound of brown sugar added. What a difference that made.

    I have a batch that I used 3068 yeast, primed and bottled. just waiting now :mug:

    I haven't posted in this thread but in the couple years I've been making it I've made 38 gallons of it.

    22757.5 + 38 = 22795.5
