    looks like we need to correct count jumped almost 2000 gallons for a 2 gal brew.

    I used unfiltered apple juice, I wonder if it will clear up or stay cloudy? My guess is it will clear up since the yeast are going to be ravenously devouring everything in there (hopefully).

    Typically my head hurts in the morning, but it worth it soooo smooth :tank: :D
