    Just bottled 5 gallons of WallyWorld apple juice with 6# clover honey and montrachet.

    I just bottled my first batch in growlers for conditioning.....I couldn't help but pour some fresh juice on my yeast cake.....

    21,553 + 1... Then "oh, I'll just have a taste..." dammit, Ed.

    +5= 21,559. Sweet Jesus I am wrecked on Apfelwein right now. That's after a whole 3 weeks too. Making a batch for New Year's Eve, and then I'll have to set aside a batch for 6 months or so.

    I made 5 gallons that I froze to make apple jack. I got 2.5 gallons of concentrated apfelwine

    6 gals, first taste in 2 weeks. based on what I've seen here I'm guessing that number will rise....

    21618.5 + 6 (post above) + 5 = 21629.5

    Temp controller came off my carboy for about 12 hours... Cooked my Apfelwein a bit, but I'll add it anyway!

    21,640.5 + 5 = 21,645.5

    Light Brown sugar instead of corn sugar
    Pasteur Red Yeast experimenting with taste

    I've got 2 gal 5 months and 5 at 3 months. I need more carboys to make more. All the samples have started tasting better and better.

    I have a five gallon batch that I'll be kegging up shortly. With that and KWKSLVR's addition that brings the total to 21710.5

    I have developed an obsession with this and am compelled to constantly have a primary full. 21731.5 + 10 = 21741.5

    I usually just rack more juice on the old yeast cake....just like I did about 5 minutes ago.....

    21741.5+3= 21744.5
