    21,136.5 + 5 = 21,141.5

This batch has been sitting in the carboy for quite a while now. Will bottle soon. I have another five gallons of apple juice waiting to fill the carboy again. I love how easy this is to make. Thanks Ed.

Post #3962 is where an error was made of adding 1,000 too much. Then post #3967 corrected by using the total before the mistake was made which left out which left out 38 gallons in between.

A few posts back it was 21,238.5

    add my 5 to that = 21,243.5

    This should be correct.

OK I done the math again and wrote all the numbers down. I took off my shoes off so I had more counters and came up with a grand total of 21,277. I started at post 3951 and his total at that point was correct @21,113.5...... Sooo it should be 21,277 as of now. Please check the numbers before adding on. Cheers:confused:

Side note. 10 gallons actively fermenting in basement equates to SWMBO telling me when I got home "I think something died in the basement". Major Rhino farts.

Used golden brown sugar. Don't know how much it will affect the taste, but I love the darker color it gave it.
