I made a Blonde Ale a few weeks ago and it just finished carbing three days ago. It turned out perfect, even better than expected. I need to have this same beer at the end of June for a wedding. Will this beer stay in the keg, exactly as it is, and still be good at the end of June? Or will I need to just make it again in June?

Beer ages faster at room temperature. If you can keep it cold for the next 7 weeks or so, it should stay about like it is now.

I'd make it again, light beers don't age as well as dark beers. Plus you get to brew again and you get to drink more.:mug:

If it's as good as you say it is, save what you have and make another batch, cause it will go fast.
