I'm brewing an IPA and using Cooper's HME IPA. I'm also using Muntons extra light dme for the first time and don't know how long to boil this.

    I plan on doing:
    a hop boil of 14 minutes 1oz cascade pellets/muslin
    a hop boil of 5 minutes 1oz willamette/muslin

I know not to boil the HME, but how long to boil the DME total time including the hop boils?

Don't need to boil it long. I would recommend just bringing it to the boil long enough to create any break material.

Many people add it at flame-out.

Let the hops dictate how long you need to boil it.

It looks like you need a minimum of 14 minutes of boiling based on your hop schedule.

Based on your hop schedule, I would personally probably just boil for about 20 or 25 minutes, adding hops in the last 14 minutes and 5 minutes, and hopped malt extract after the flameout.
