So i was thinking about starting to do some more frequent brett brews and that means getting some dedicated hoses, siphons, buckets, kegs, etc.

I was wondering how you guys stored this equipment when you aren't using it. Right now I have a 4'x4' closet with shelves to store everything and was wondering if keeping my brett equipment with contaminate everything. Thoughts?

I have sours and Brett's and clean beers all in the same location. I use separate plastics for sours. I don't worry much about stainless steel products as a good cleaning process is sufficient to remove the risk of cross contamination.
You can just keep the hoses and gaskets in a separate container and you should be fine. I know a few folks that use pin locks for sours and ball locks for clean beers then it's easy to separate it in the keezer.
