I'm in the middle of brewing a batch and of course...the digital scale goes out. Great. Does anyone have any approximates for ounces of hop pellets per a common unit of measurement such as a teaspoon?

    Thanks

I can't help for this time, but for the future you could get a simple balance type scale like this one as a backup:

I got mine many years ago, but this one looks similar. This shows a price of $2.99.

just put them on a plate, then half them, 1/4 them, whatever you need. It really doesn't have to be an exact science. I started out just eyeballing packages and really could not tell a bit of difference.
