    Howdy folks!

So I bought BCS a month or so ago, and just racked my first effort from it to secondary for dry hopping (the Hop Hammer IIPA). Of course, now I'm just itching to brew again! :D

I'd like to try another BCS beer, but am a bit overwhelmed with the choices, so thought I would post here to hopefully get some people's thoughts/picks on your favorite BCS recipes that meet the following criteria:

    1. I'm a beginner and don't have a temp controlled fermentation chamber, so no lagers (or anything else that requires precise fermentation temps)
    2. So far I've brewed an English bitter, a porter, and the Hop Hammer, so I'm looking for something different from those three styles.
    3. I'm still brewing all extract, so will be using the extract version of any BCS recipes, if that matters.

Would love to hear any and all thoughts about what would be a good pick for my next brew. Thanks y'all!

Maybe the dry or American stout? Or go the other extreme and try the American wheat? Any of these would be good for a new brewer.
