I was asked to join a brew demo but this is only my 3rd batch. Do i have to run my beer home once in fermentor to get to the proper temp or is it ok if it is a little cool for about 6 hours? (brewing outside about 40min from my house) Going to be drinking so i don't want to worry about getting beer home until the wife picks me up. Will this hurt my beer? thanks Dale

You can always take it home, and pitch your yeast there. That is what I have seen several demonstrations do.
