I was waiting for my second hop addition and while i was waiting my burner went out.. The turkey fryer that i got has a timer on the regulator and every 15 minutes it needs to be reset. Well my geuss is that about 10 minutes before i went out the burner shut off and my wort stopped boiling. My temp was down to around 200f. So what i did is got it boiling again about 3-4 minutes til boil then let i boil for 10 minutes or so then did my last hop addition will i be okay ?

If your taste buds are good enough to know the difference, I'll never let you taste my beer. I think you'll have some very good beer.
