So i was in Sams Club yesterday and happened past a 6 gallon bucket of hard white wheat. Total weight was 45 lbs. They wanted $23 for it. I was wondering if anyone has tried to brew with this or not. I imagine it has to be malted but not sure as the bucket did not contain to much information. It was from Augason farms ??
