So what's the lineup tonight look like? I'd start off with a few nut browns and head into a few more of the ESB. Maybe the coffee porter for the nightcap.

After aging in the keg for 4 weeks the ESB has turned the corner and tastes great. The nut brown is still a little young and the Porter just went on the gas so it will be awhile. This is the first time I've brewed the red rye ale and I am enjoying it now ;-)

Can I ask you to share some more details on the Red Ryder Ale? Have you made this before and would you share the recipe? I am always looking to try brewing something new but not too out there to interest people I meet that are not very familiar with home brewing. I brew all grain beers.

Thanks and good job getting this going.

Happiness for me is having 6 hours on my own to brew w/o having to look after the kids or do other things other than focus on brewing.
