Gravity question

    If my sg was target at 1.072 and I came in more around 1.064 due to what I assume was oversparging and my target final gravity was 1.021 due to the difference in sg what can I expect the final gravity to be/ stop at?

    just to be sure, did you adjust your OG based upon temperature?

    Yeah I have this brewing tools app on my phone that helps me do that. Best case scenario it may be 1.065 to 1.066. Still a bit off

    Your OG is close enough. I always consider myself successful if I get that close.

    As for your FG, only your yeast can tell you that. But in any case, you will have beer.

    No worries!
