Gone fermentation crazy

    House smells like fresh roasted malt from the malt roasting in the oven. And all around I got stuff fermenting. Got like 4 micro-batches going and one regular(5 gal) batch going. Working on a 2 gal batch. Drinking homebrew, would have loved to have discovered this 20 years ago, it's great.

    good for you!!. i would love to have started this earlier as well. but alas, there is a world of catching up to do. going to have fun trying.
