Why not use real (frozen) fruit? I'm not a real big fan of the extracts personally. The recipe looks like a good base for those flavors though, good luck!

Yah if you can definetly use frozen fruit. You will be much happier with the results.

4 oz of each is a lot. When I make a peach wheat I put in 2 oz of peach flavoring for 5 gallons.

I originally wanted to use real fruit, but after thinking about it, I didn't think I would have enough room in the carboy for two fruits on top of the beer.

I thought it might be. Morebeer sells the flavors in 4 oz bottles, I was planning on just adding to taste. Probably a bit more peach than razz so that the peach can stand up to the razz.

I'd still bet that peach gets pretty run over by raspberry, and yes - 4oz is wayyyyyy too much.

Why not do peach extract and then real razz? You can pick up a good raz/black/marion berry mix frozen at costco and it tastes great in a brew but will turn your beer pinky purple.

Hrmm...maybe you could call it purple nurple brew?
