I just had a random thought and figured I would ask the Gods known as HBT:

Has anyone put any fruit in with their fruit beers into the bottle to carb and age?

Am I just asking for a bottle bomb or 2, or 48.

I just think it would be cool to have a blueberry ale with some blueberrys floating around in the bottle - also would really give a strong flavour...

    just a thought

you would have to figure out how much the berries will ferment. if you just add like 2-3 per bottle then i would just add a bit less sugar then normal. you could also use the berries that are already fermented out(from fermentation)and that would be non exploding. you could also add potassium sorbate and keg it. but yeah i think as long as you don't go crazy with the fruit you should be okay
